Being Bothered by Someone You Broke Up With?

If someone you broke up with starts texting you again because they do not want the relationship to end, tell them respectfully that you would like them to stop.

Sometimes when someone feels rejected s/he may text you because they want to:

  • Argue with you.
  • Know if you like someone else.
  • Check if you will get back together with her or him.
  • Threaten you (this is illegal and needs to be told to a safe adult).

If this happens to you, make it clear that you do not want them texting you any longer. Try not to get into a conversation about your relationship as this may mislead the person into thinking you are interested in going out again. Having a conversation with him or her can make it harder on both of you.

If your old bf/gf doesn't listen and starts bothering you:

  • Tell a safe adult.
  • If you are being threatened, it is illegal, and it needs to be reported to the police.

well that guy wasn't the right guy for you because he is rude, and mean to you. You shouldn't take the pain that he caused you in your relationship
