I am allowed time to myself. I don't have to update everyone all the time on exactly what I'm doing. If I want to watch TV or read my book a peace, I will.

I do not have to put up every detail about my life and every single picture of myself on the Internet. If some people want to do that, that's their choice. But I will not feel pressured into doing things I am not comfortable with. Plus, people creeping my profile and knowing everything about me.... That's creepy!
iChoose to be trusted with my friend's personal information!
If my friends trust me enough to share their personal details I choose not to share those details with others. Trust is something valuable and hard to gain back once it's broken. I choose to be a trustworthy friend and I hope that my friends will choose to do the same.
iChoose personal power!
I don't have to explain myself or justify my choices to my peers. I can turn off my phone if I want to. I can go off the radar if I need a break. I will not respond to textual harassment. I understand that my friends care about me, but we don't have to be in constant contact.
iChoose healthy relationships!
I do not have to put up with someone who treats me badly, disrespects me, or tries to control me. A healthy, positive, fun and exciting relationship is what I deserve. Relationships shouldn't add to my stress.

I do not have to feel overworked, overstressed, overwhelmed or overexposed. I can be in control of my future, my feelings, my stress level, and how much of me is available electronically.
