Si tu as un secret à révéler à un adulte, commence par décider à qui tu parleras; cette première étape est importante. Prends soin de choisir un adulte à qui tu fais confiance et qui saura t'aider.
Il y a de nombreux adultes qui pourraient te venir en aide : profs, psychoéducateurs, ton père ou ta mère, un autre membre de la famille, les parents d’un ami, etc.
Une fois que tu as pris ta décision et que tu sais à qui tu te sens à l’aise de parler, tu peux quand même avoir beaucoup de mal à lui raconter ce qui se passe. Pour faciliter un peu les choses, tu pourrais par exemple :
a friend is someone who is there when you need help and someone who will be with you at all times if your friend is not realy like that you need to find a new friend !!!!!!!
exactly my best friend has a friend at school but i dont think she should be friends with her because her frien is talking about her behide her back and about me to and i dont even know her :(

i would just tell her i dont really want to be your friend anymore if your not going to keep really good promises i tell you
but other then that dont let her ruin your day by bringing you down
