Rappelle-toi que les vrais amis :
- ne répéteront jamais à personne tes informations personnelles (comme ton numéro de téléphone, l’adresse de ton domicile, etc.);
- ne répéteront jamais à d’autres amis des choses que tu leur as dites en confidence (par exemple, l’engouement que tu aurais pour un ou une camarade de classe, ou une dispute que tu aurais eue avec tes parents);
- ne révéleront jamais tes secrets en parlant dans ton dos;
- sont capables d’écouter et de comprendre;
- ne te rabaisseront pas ou ne rabaisseront pas tes autres amis s’ils ne sont pas d’accord avec toi;
- t’apporteront du soutien et de l’encouragement;
- respecteront ta décision si tu refuses de faire quelque chose;
- te soutiendront en cas de problème.
Rappelle-toi que tu n’as pas intérêt à t’engager dans une relation sentimentale avec quelqu’un qui n’est pas un vrai ami.
Rappelle-toi aussi que tout cela vaut également pour les communications par texto et sur Internet!
Un bon ami n’utiliserait jamais les choses que tu lui as dites pour te faire du tort.
